By creating an account or using CheckinOS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

5. Payment & Subscription

CheckinOS offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free plans have limited features and usage quotas
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Intellectual Property

CheckinOS and all related logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of SweetSpot. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and process this content to provide our services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CheckinOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of CheckinOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
